Gnoblar

A friend of mine started collecting Ogre Kingdoms for Warhammer. He had a bunch of these little Gnoblars so I asked if I could paint one. I chose this little guy because of his shield (which was scavenged from a chaos warrior it seems).

*Note: At this stage my friend hadn’t decided what theme he was going to use to base his minis, so that’s why I stuck the Gnoblar to a plastic bottle lid.

Hobby Desk

This is my hobby desk. I picked it up from a second hand store in Canberra for $30. It’s made from Tasmanian Oak, and although it’s a bit old, it’s still very sturdy and does an excellent job.

I have 3 lights set up. The adjustable lamp shines a yellow light which combines with the white florescent to give a nice clean illumination. I also have a small spot lamp that I use tp reveal fine details.

On the left I keep my paints and sprays. In the middle sit the lights, and on the right I keep my current projects. It’s a tidy system and it works well.
